All riding members of Tryon Hounds will be required to submit the following information to our Honorary Secretary, Roberta McKinney, prior to joining Tryon Hounds in the hunt field. If you are a social member you may submit your information via the Riding Guest's Paperwork form.
- Signed waivers for Tryon Hounds, the North Pacolet Association (NPA), Golden Hills, and Greenspace of Fairview Farms.
- Copies of valid and negative Coggins reports for any/all horses you plan to ride in the hunt field.
- Valid Hunting Licenses from the states of NC and SC.
Please gather all this information and submit together in one package, whether you choose to submit manually or digitally - follow the instructions below to start the process!
If you are 18 or over, you can choose to:
- GO ALL DIGITAL - Sign waivers & submit Coggins and hunting license info online.
- SUBMIT MANUALLY - Print out, sign, and email or hand deliver waivers, Coggins, and copies of hunting licenses.
If you are under the age of 18, you will need to:
- SUBMIT MANUALLY - Print out, have parents or guardians sign, and email or hand deliver waivers and Coggins.
MANUAL SUBMISSIONS - please complete the following steps and mail, hand deliver, or email your paperwork package to the Honorary Secretary.
